Damaged Products

Every Wicked Fam Creations product is made to order and packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

How to report damage

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Email support@wickedfamcreations.com with your order number and a photo showing the damage.

Resolution

Once we've reviewed your photo, we'll issue a refund for the damaged product to your original payment method. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
